December 2024 Board Meeting

-Meeting started 7:02pm.

-No residents present.

-Board members present: Mary Saunders, Daina Ball, Rick Read, and Laura Parker.

-Mary passed around quote for repair of curb by pool gate and grading of the threshold by the laundry room. $2175 for repair, $1275 for cleaning and painting. More quotes need to be gathered to gauge price, but Precision Line Co. of FL Inc has done work for us in the past.

-Health department end of month report said pool ladder is wobbly. Several solutions have been tried, but it keeps loosening.

-Parking lot needs new bumpers for each individual spot, so we don’t need to keep repairing the continuous bumper. Demolition and removal will be needed.
